UNKNOWN // Hackney Wick #2

A stencil of a lonley dog on the banks of the canal near the Olympic Park. Canals in London are good places to find old-style, hardcore graffiti. Most likely because they are pretty dark at night and writers don't necessarily act on permission. On the other side, street art can be often found in more visible spots on the main roads. Many times, they are fostered by local organizations that find the walls and got the spots for the artists. The same pattern (graffiti on the canal, street art on the main road) is repeated both in Hackney Wick and Camden
